Gaining the Momentum to SHIFT into the NEW!
There is one word that we have been hearing a lot in these past few weeks. That word is MOMENTUM! If we listen to the news reports, some have lost momentum, others have gained momentum.
MOMENTUM can also be lost or gained in the realm of the spirit. We want to be those who not only gain, but keep the momentum until we finish our course! One definition of momentum can be…the power that comes when things are set in motion: the property and strength of a moving body. Think about a freight train. Once it has started to roll at full speed and reached a certain level of momentum, it is really HARD to stop it. The best thing to do is get out of the way!
Pray and ask God to help you SHIFT into such a new place of thinking and living that you not only gain momentum but you keep rolling in such a way that the enemy will have no choice but to get out of your way!
SHIFT! What do you need to shift to gain and keep the momentum in your life? Here are some quick points to consider:
- You may need to SHIFT the direction you are going! Ask God if it is time for you to change or correct the course that you are currently traveling on. Does your current direction align you with your destiny? Are you positioned to possess your future? If not, ask God how to SHIFT to gain the momentum you need to prosper!
- You may need to SHIFT your lifestyle! Are you neglecting the care of your body by not getting enough rest? By not eating right? By not exercising properly? Are you being a good steward of the temple you have been given? What changes need to be made and how can I begin today? Without strength, momentum will be hard to gain or maintain.
- Perhaps you need a performance SHIFT. Are you a person who thinks that God’s love for you is based on your performance? Based on what you DO? If you have given in to a performance mentality, ask God to reconstruct your thought processes so you will have confidence in who Christ is in you, not in what you do for Him. What you do is not who you are! Resting in His finished work is often the only momentum we need to cross over into victory!
- Do you need an obedience SHIFT? The breakthrough you are looking for may require radical obedience, which often times only comes with a daily dying to self! Sowing the seed of obedience daily will result in leading us into a place of blessing beyond that which we can imagine! Obedience = momentum!
- Vision SHIFT! Many look but few see! What do you see in your future? One man may look at a block of wood and only see a block of wood. Another may look and see the sculpture it can become. To quote Dr. Myles Munroe: “God looked at Adam and saw a world. He looked at Abraham and saw a nation. He looked at Moses and saw a deliverer. He looked at a shepherd boy and saw a King.” Can you see what God sees in you? Look into the eyes of Jesus. You will be amazed at what is reflected back to you! Then you will begin to see with new eyes and you will see yourself gaining a new level of momentum!

MINISTRY PRAISE REPORTS 2007:
Here are a few ministry praise reports from The Gathering of the Eagles Summit 2007…
I give glory and praise to the Lord for the manifestation of His Presence in such a strong way at the Summit. I find that consciously (through choice) and unconsciously (by the Spirit just steering me), I am doing things differently in my life. My thoughts, actions, and motivations seem to have taken a shift.
God confirmed a word to me to deal with the things in my soul when Dr. Pamela prayed for me and said that “God is doing a deep work in me.” Although it was Dr. Pamela’s hand touching my abdominals, it was God’s hand reaching into the depths of my being…It was the deep in me crying out to the deep in God. I don’t think I have cried that hard in a long time as God did a work in my soul. I went forward for healing but God had something else for me. The same friend reminded me when I returned home that many of our infirmities begin from a sickness in our soul.
I realized the next day that I had to be cleaned out that way to receive what God has for me next. How can I wear that new mantle if I am carrying all these things in my soul? I am making the shifts necessary and God is transforming me.

Hey Pamela,
I attended the Eagles conference. I had an awesome time in the Lord I was truly blessed. I'm still talking about the conference today. What I like most about the conference when you said you want to make sure you touch each person here you don't know how that made me feel. Even thou I didn't get an opportunity to touch you, you did however touch me through the love you and Pastor Chris showed to each other. Pamela I've been married for 28 years but I tell you, you can never stop learning you must have an teaching Spirit to grow. I also love the way you and Eyesha showed Sisterhood now that was Breathtaking. I look forward to seeing you next year. Once again Pamela you have been a blessing to me may the Lord keep you and continue to breath on you and family.

Dr. Hardy,
I just wanted to tell you how great it was to be a part of the conference this year. The old me was very nervous about keeping up with classes at the conference, the other women are so skilled.
The old me says "you never even danced until you were 45, called into leadership at 47, and at 50, taking a year-long class - what are you thinking? How can you even compare with these other gifted, talented women?"
The old me was very nervous about the upcoming year - would I actually be able to accomplish this, even though I knew in my heart that the Lord had called me and opened all the doors to enter?
BUT, THE NEW ME SAYS, I can do all things through Christ. Amen! The new me says I can soar with the eagles (even if I am a little behind the flock)
thank you and your very anointed husband for being such kind, generous, giving, godly people. You are gifts to everyone you touch.
I am so looking forward to all that the Lord has for me this upcoming year.
Boy, I will say, He is definitely working on making me new, from the inside out. Now if I could just get rid of this grey hair and wrinkles :)

Hello lovely eagle mother,
I had to tell you how awesome this past week/weekend was. I experienced God in a new way, a new level, and a new dimension. Thank you so much for imparting into our lives and our destiny. My Parents were blessed tremendously; words can not express. I went back home and took that same fire, and shift with me. Service on Sunday was awesome, awesome. Pastor did not and could not preach the word because of the anointing took its place and had it's way. The Institute has taught me so much in the past year about the ministry of dance and about myself. Thank you so much for the impartation. You are truly a bless woman of God! Continue to do His will.

TO THE NATIONS

LEADERS CORNER
Notes from a conference call with Apostle Hairston on Leadership.
Can't be good leaders if we are not willing to be disciples
* You need to be willing to be trained
* You should be willing for another leader to speak into your life
Ask yourself
* Do you have a problem submitting to leadership
* Do you feel intimidated when confronted by another leader
* When instructed by another leader do you feel critcized, like you can't measure up
A good leader is a good follower and a good disciple
When you go out to minister
~ Things can change and you have to be willing to flow with that
~ Be willing to do what you do effectively in the time given
~ Walk in the anointing ALWAYS
~ If you are given a short span of time, you can still be effective
Leadership is more than telling people what to do
It' more than people following you:
* You want to be a living epistle
* You want to walk in humility
* If you find yourself in low place, you should still function as a living epistle - do as Jesus would
Example: Saul
Selected as king to people who insisted they needed a king
His authority got the best of him - arrogant
He over stepped his bounds as king - couldn't handle authority
Felt intimidated by David
Went from being a great person to someone no one wanted to deal with
These are called STRONGHOLDS
Use the gifts of the Holy Spirit
~ 1Corinthians 12:1
~ The gifts are going to help you – the power of the Holy Spirit is going to help you get thru to people
~ Know the difference between the gift of knowledge and the gift of wisdom.
Example: If someone asks for prayer because their stomach hurts
* Knowledge - God will show you that they don't drink enough water and as a result their kidneys are being affected (God gives details that you could never know on the spot)
* Wisdom - God will tell you to share with them to drink more water
Example: David
He was a skillful musician
He was anointed
He submitted to the authority over him even though Saul was jealous of him
David had many opportunities to get Saul - He believe God's Word (Don't touch my anointed) David's downfall was when he didn't go to war at the appointed time. When it was the time for kings to go to was David stayed behind.

WORD TO DANCERS BY DR. PAMELA HARDY
“The
Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me… Isaiah 61:1
 Dancers,
it’s time for us to go to the next level. It’s time for
us to grow up in our gifts and callings. It’s time for us to realize
that we are not just dancers; we are ministers of the gospel of Jesus
Christ. It is time for us to spend time in the council room of Heaven
until we hear from Him. Only then can we be released to dance His dances
– dances
from Heaven, dances from His throne, dances from His heart, dances that
will set the captives free - dances that will bind up the broken hearted
and proclaim liberty to the captives.
Dancers,
it’s time for us to realize the responsibility we have been given.
It is not a time to be idle. It is not a time to be caught up in the
cares of this world. It is not a time to be out of place. It is not
a time to hold on to secret sins. It is time for us to long for Him,
to seek Him with all of our hearts. It is time to see His presence,
hear Him, then rise up and go forth to dance His purposes.
There is
a prophetic generation in the womb of the church – people who
will hear from Heaven and declare it in the earth. We as dancers are
to be prophetic demonstrations of what out Heavenly Father is saying
and doing. We must be those who know the purposes of God for our generation
– those who know the times and the seasons and have knowledge
of what to do. We must be those who will leave a legacy to the next
generation.
Dancers,
this is the time when God’s favor is upon us. This is the time
when God is visiting His people, putting us in place for His purposes,
preparing and equipping us. This is the time that God is moving in our
midst like never before. This is the time when God is bringing His promises
to pass. In some of us God is planting seeds. In others, He is placing
His vision for our lives. In many, He is releasing us into DESTINY – His purposes for our lives. Let us pray for strength to bring forth,
strength to walk in the call.
Dancers,
it’s time for new release of God’s anointing. For those
who are hidden in Him, it’s time for new dances, His dances. God
is changing things in His house, marking us for His purposes. New winds
are blowing in God’s Kingdom. Believe it, receive it. It’s
your time – STAY FOCUSED.

WORD TO DANCERS
A
Challenge to ARISE and WAKE UP!
It
is obvious that we are living in very strategic and prophetic times.
Jesus said that the people who know their God will be mighty and do
great exploits in the Holy Spirit (Dan 11:32). God is raising up an
anointed army of believers. The Lord is releasing us to go on the offensive
by raising up a praying church that operates in the prophetic anointing
with signs, wonders, healing and deliverance. With this in mind, we
must endeavor each day to receive a fresh impartation of the Spirit,
that we might rise up to become prophetically gifted people with a heart
after God alone.
These end
times require a radical people with radical worship and a radical love
for God – a people who are willing to let go of the
past, let go of religion and tradition and press into their God ordained
purpose. These end times require a prophetic people who have learned
the secret of the secret place. These end times require a people with
an apostolic mandate from God to go forth into the entire world to preach
the Gospel. This end time harvest will be won by worshipping warriors
sold out to the cause of Christ.
To be apart
of the Reformation of the church, we must be those who see the need
for reform, for change, and cry out to God who alone can bring forth
His bride. God is trying to shift us into a new place, for the latter
day church will be greater than the former. So let us ARISE and WAKE
UP CHURCH! Let us lay aside the sin and weight, which does so easily
beset us and run with patience the race that is set before us (Heb 12:1).
Let us receive the anointing from On High that will propel us into destiny
and allow us to dance the dances for the entire world to see. The nations
are crying out for dances of victory that will set the captives free!

EAGLES INTERNATIONAL TRAINING INSTITUTE
For Dance Ministers
The Eagles International Training Institute for dance ministers is a One-year intense, in-depth training program for those who desire to go to the next level in their ministry and grow in their relationship with our Lord Jesus. Should you meet all of the requirements, your year may culminate by becoming a licensed minister under Set Free Ministries.
A second year has just been added for those who desire a more in-depth study in choreography.
Apostle Dr. Pamela Hardy will conduct the Institute. Apostle Hardy and her husband, Apostle Christopher Hardy, currently serve at Glory of Zion in Denton, Texas.
PURPOSE
The Institute is designed to give you one on one mentoring and guidance in such areas as:
- The Theology of dance
- Principles of choreography
- Problem solving
- Developing good leadership skills
- Prophecy and Intercession
- Teaching methodology
You will be coached, guided, instructed and advised. You will receive feedback on your monthly projects and assignments and you will see increase in your ministry. God deserves our best. This will be an investment in you, in your future and in your ministry. You are worth it!
GOALS and VISION
- To equip the saints for the work of the ministry of dance.
- To provide a solid biblical theology in both power and practice.
- To impart the gifts and anointing of the Holy Spirit.
- To share wisdom, experience and a working knowledge of the ministry of Jesus Christ.
- To help students understand their calling and destiny in Christ.
